When the patient on a single psychopharmaceutical fails to respond as he should, or "left-over" symptoms interfere with treatment,
consider combining Stelazine (trifluoperazine HCI, SK&F) and Thorazine (chlorpromazine, K&F).
NOTE: There have been reports of sudden death in phenothiazine patients, but no causal relationship has been established.
