Centers for Disease Control and Prevention
Fictitious Diseases & Conditions A-Z Index

The official web site of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention proudly declares the CDC is
"the nation's premier public health agency working to ensure healthy people in a healthy world."

A cursory glance at the Diseases & Conditions A-Z Index posted at www.cdc.gov reveals the CDC has a hard time telling the difference between real and imaginary diseases.   The Index provides information about such conditions as ADHD, Dog Bites, Menopause and Winter Storms, but not a single word about Akathisia, Dystonia, Parkinsonism, Tardive Dyskinesia or any number of serious illnesses commonly caused by prescription drugs.

With more than 14,000 employees and an annual budget topping $10 billion, the CDC ought to know better.
Like the FDA and the NIH, the CDC is a servant of Big Pharma, dedicated to expanding the drug market...
which has nothing to do with ensuring healthy people in a healthy world.
